charity donations

we are a charity and we receive donations from sellers on ebay, is there a way of getting a report of these donations so we can thank them and acknowledge their donations? we get the paypal giving report but there is little info on there so we cant match the donation to the seller

I checked into this and I'm afraid there isn't a report of this type on the eBay side. It may be best to reach out to Paypal for their giving account to see if they can give more details on the people behind the donations. There may be a privacy and data security rule for this but worth reaching out to them to check.
