cant get entry to my e mail account need to contact e bay by e mail

cant access my account           password seems to be the problem      when requesting new password procedure      details come up of a completely alien account --to me                chat agent couldnt help    gave me phone number of security aspects        called them      couldnt  solve problem     suggest i open a new account      explained i couldnt do that as i only have 1 e mail address                         does anyone have an e mail address i can contact?               thank you

Have you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login using Apple/Google/FB links  resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.

Using a PC/Laptop, log out and try to recover your Original account/history with a fresh Homepage login >  www.ebay.co.uk  < and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can then remain unused or closed.
