cant get GSP to work

the Global Shipping Program doesnt seem to be working on my account.

I am based in the UK, everywhere other than the UK seems to have postage prices missing and people in countries other than the UK are unable to make payment as the shipping program isnt working for them.

i have had a customer from Puerto Rico unable to make payment due to no postage option appearing & when i viewed the page with my delievery address set to outside the UK, no price appears, just text saying “read the description and try contact the seller”

Just check you have GSP selected as I checked a few items and it's not available there.

yeah, its enabled and enrolled on the page you suggested, however, it doesnt work

Puerto Rico is not an eligible country for GSP, you would have to arrange your own postage.

For countries which are in GSP if your buyers cannot pay ask them to use the US site www.ebay.com to make their purchase  this usually allows payment and shows postage with GSP

thanks, but ive just had confirmation the issue is also happening in mainland USA (and everywhere else other than here in the UK)
