buyers sent tracking says it can’t be found

I’ve purchased 4 video games from Japan on the 6th June from 1 seller he sent them a week ago it says on his tracking parcels can’t be found, I purchased 1 video game from another store in Japan on the 7th the the day after and it’s already received it. I’ve message the seller but he’s playing the card post office will update the tracking but then he’s also saying he will report the post office. I’ve spent over $250 I have to wait till July 7th before eBay will help

You cannot open a case before one day has  past,  the item's last estimated date for delivery .

  To be fair,  as it's coming from nearly  the other side of the world,  to give it a few more days after that.

Tracking doesn't always show the true picture of the status of the item, it may well update in time to show your item is on its way.
