I sold some insoles new in pack on ebay. Left buyer positive feedback today and within 1 hour of doing so i received a message from them with a photo saying insoles are no good and have perished. I cannot understand this as they were brand new in packaging. Seems really sus that buyer waited until they received positive feedback from me before stating there was a problem. How do I know that they have taken a picture of the insoles that i posted out to them and not the ones they were replacing. I really need help as i value my feedback ratings and feel that the buyer may not be genuine. I feel like they have me over a barrel , if i ask them to send me back the insoles it will cost me for the return postage and i will still have to refund them for the item and the postage costs for them to get the item. I still have the original photos of the item on my computer but how do i get help with this from ebay and keep my feedback score safe.
