a buyer bought 2 toy cars of me for £1.99each [£3.99 pp] [i didnt have one car anymore so i refunded the £1.99 .but he said he didnt get all the money he paid ,[my sellers listing stated £1.99 refund.]of which i think he wants the buyer protection money from ebay as he feels hes not been protected hes opened up a case stating i owe him 57p .so if the 75pfee and the %4 is paid back HOW ? do i own him cash .
