is anyone else having issues with un expected fees ?

when I make a sale just recently The BUYER protection fee is being deducted from me on a Sale. 

I have never noticed this before and recently I have received much less from sales than expected

The buyer protection fee is deducted from the payment the buyer makes to ebay and left with ebay as it is a payment due to ebay.

Your part of the total payment, I.e the payment for the item, is always going to be what is left after the bpf is deducted.

Have you accepted buyer offers?

Buyers offer what they want to pay, so ebay deduct BPF, you get net amount. 

If seller makes an offer, ebay add on BPF.

In fact you are selling Brand New and doing ebay out of fees you should be paying as a properly registered Business Seller. Ebay do eventually catch up on Unregistered Business Sellers.
