Hi all,
I bought a radio unit for my car in February, it worked ok since last week when I couldn't turn it on anymore, the cables behind were good, so it is broken. I asked assistance to the seller who answered a couple times but then he disappeared.
Do the buyers have any sort of coverage for this electronic items or after a month guarantee we are abandoned to the seller will?

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days,so they won't help now.
You can try your payment provider.
If business seller, contact citizens advice.

eBay's money back guarantee (and PayPal's buyer protection policy) only lasts for 30 days. After that, any claim you may have is against the seller.
If you paid by credit or debit card your card issuer may still be able to assist. You would need to contact them and explain the whole circumstances.
We don't know whether it was new or used, bought from a private seller or a business seller, in the UK or abroad. So it's impossible to suggest what statutory consumer rights you may have. There is plenty of information online, or you can consult Citizen's Advice.
