Re: boxing up rerturns

It may be an instruction that the item needs a little extra protection when sending back.  If a seller receives their item back in a broken state,  one different from that sent you,   your claim for a full refund may be refused.

Best to box an item for its return.

How big are these items?  Shoe shops give away empty shoe /  boot boxes,  and supermarkets usually have sturdy empty boxes they can give you for free.

Re: boxing up rerturns

Thank you for your reply. No, one pair of jeans; cushion cover.

I have bought, sold and often returned items for over 10 years with no probs. The instruction is very clear so I have emailed ebay and hopefully they will rectify the instruction.

Thank you again for contacting me
