I won an auction but the seller messaged saying it went too low and wants more for it, i disagreed so they cancelled the sale saying i asked them too , this is unfair

If you wish, you can report them to Ebay. You can't make them sell you the item. Find a better seller.

You can report the seller using the link below, not only for failing to honour the sale (which is all too common on eBay) but more importantly for untruthfully claiming that you asked then to cancel it.

eBay will take this seriously because by claiming that you requested the cancellation the seller has avoided being penalised by eBay for not honouring the sale. If they are a business seller, they have also dishonestly evaded payment of eBay's fee, which would have been payable if they cancelled it because the price wasn't what they wanted.
