i have a multi user account set up which someone has listed on for me for a long time but it has randomly stopped allowing him too, we have switched accounts via seller hub, checked my account is still set to his default but nothing is working, is this a current ebay technical issue? thanks for any help

You will need to contact eBay Customer Service here,  as access to your account is required,  which we as members like yourself,  do not have.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
