a buyer unable to bid

Hi there

i have a buyer wanting to bid on an item she has tried several times and it is saying I am not accepting the offer. I am not even receiving the offer but she has screen shot me the offer and the rejection.

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:

Screenshots are not currently showing - the glitch of the day perhaps - so we can't see the reason.

Maybe she is on your blocked bidders list?

This glitch has been around for a few days, ebay are aware.

Thank you, that doesn't help when the listing expires tomorrow and they want it for Christmas.  Good ol eBay!

She tried last week as well. I have checked the listing and it seems to be ok.  Thanks for taking the time to reply though.

You say bid then refer to offer?

Which is it as not all your items have best offer. Which item is it she wants?

she wants this item vintage chanel clip on earrings, very classic - timeless elegance | eBay UK  she is now asking me to send her an offer.  I wonder if this is a scam of some sort.  She says she lives in london.

Listing has offer option, so no reason she can't use it.

Sounds suspicious, block her ebay ID.
