Yodel 48 won’t accept package

Hey, trying to ship some golf clubs today and went to the store to drop off for Yodel and the guy at the store says the driver won't accept it - too big. When I posted the add, the dimensions were clear so how had yodel allowed to have been chosen and how can they now just not take package?

anyone else had this issue?

Some shops won't take large items as they have limited space.

Did you check dimension limits on yodel website, never rely on ebay details.
