Wrong postage label bought on simple delivery

Hi guys and gals I was wondering if someone can help I've sold 2 items on eBay but the labels I've bought are for royal mail large letters but they should be small parcels how do I cancel those labels and buy new ones for small parcels?

You will have to cancel/refund the transactions with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
