Wrong name when ordering

I have the wrong name when ordering my parcel i need to collect it from post office what do i do !

How can the name be wrong?

It is what you put when opening ebay account.

It was an accident when making the Account because I didnt have any
intention to buy anything until I did would I be able to change it if its
not an issue. My order was already dispatched I need to pick it up from the
post office using ID however the name was wrong ☹️

You will have to explain to PO and hope they understand.

Unless you have made a prior arrangement with a Post Office, items for collection are normally held at local Royal Mail centres. ?
