Wrong item sent

I’ve sent the wrong item with dhl and need it to be returned. It’s not been delivered yet to the address they have. DHL have now told me to go through eBay but can’t work out how

Explain issue to the buyer and ask them to open a "not as described" return once they have the item.   Then they will receive a paid-for (by you) return postage label to use.   

 

Issue refund through the return case when you get it back and then relist the correct item for them to buy again.
