Wrong item delivered

Sent an item via EVRI, address label removed and put on entirely different parcel and delivered to buyer. Now buyer has raised a case for no delivery. What can I do?

You'll have to refund the buyer and claim for yourself.   If you bought the postage through ebay here's how to claim:
