The seller will only post your item to the name and address eBay provide, and that's the one you have registered in your eBay account for delivery.
At checkout there is also a time to check and change the delivery address if it's incorrect, it's shown on the left hand side before you pay.
Contact the seller but if they have posted the item, all you can do is to contact the people at your previous address explain the parcel is coming to them , and can they please forward it to you.
