Wrong bank account. e.bay wanting to bay in to my Barclays account. Never had Barclays account. Dele

e.bay wanting to pay into my Barclays bank account. Have never had a Barclays account. Tried to delete  and put in my Lloyds account details which were accepted by Lloyds but e.bay then asked me to put in my Barclays account number to verify it is me so they could cancel but as I have never had a Barclays account can't do this!!!!! Trying 2 hours to get in touch with UK Agent but just sends me round in circles.
