Wrong address!!

I have moved and have amended my ebay account to show my new address but when I went and purchased an item the order on the item listed my old address. I have contacted the seller to make sure they send it to the right address but I am concerned that they will send it to the old address on their order before they get the message .

How can I change the address on their order page asap?? There seems to be no facility to do so on the order page??

You can't make a change to the order page and the seller should send it to the address you chose at checkout; they lose any seller protection if they send to a different address.

If the seller has not sent your item, they should cancel the sale and let you buy it again.

Go to your 'details' on Ebay and make sure you have amended your address in all the sections.

I moved house in August and I think I had to change my address in five separate sections.

Thanks very much for your response. I have changed the address once in 'my ebay' but will have to look at other sections then if you had to change it five times!!!
I have cancelled the order that i made today and sent a message to the seller regarding the new address and reason for the cancellation .
I will wait until i hear from them and then place the order again .
Bit concerned though that you had to change your address in five different places !
Be useful if you could tell me which ones I definitely have to change !

As jck says you have to change five places but they're all in the same place.   My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Personal information > Addresses.   That page lists address links for Registration, Delivery, Dispatch, Return, Payment and collection.
