Wrong Tracking Number Attached to Sold Item

Hi folks, I have sent my sold item to the winning bidder via Parcelforce and provided the tracking number (and proof of postage) to the buyer. When I went to mark the item as dispatched, the only option available was to print out a prepaid label....clicking this has generated a tacking number and updated the item as dispatched but this is the wrong tracking number and I need to get it changed to the tracking number that I have sent to the buyer.

 

Any advice on how I update the tracking details?

You should be able to change it at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.       Even without doing that the payment will be released anyway after 14 days.
