Will ship versus won't ship conflict blocking order

I am trying to buy, SERVICED SonyTCM-465V Cassett-corder, from seller and the page says "Will ship to the Netherlands". I messaged the seller and he confirmed this. When I click on the Buy it Now tab, I get the message: "Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to Netherlands." The AI chatbot does not help and a live chat does not work at the moment. After multiple attempts my order will not go through

Hopefully,  this will help.

Message the seller to first double check that they do have the Netherlands on the countries they post to,  with the switch over to Simple Delivery sellers are reporting all sorts of strange happenings on their listings and preferences,  and also to  put your username ID on their exemption list for buyers,  in their Site Preferences.
