What is the issue you've encountered. Come back and explain and someone here may be able to help you.
Or, if you wish to, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thank you for your response
I have been charged for some service which i never meant to subscribe to and infact I dont know much about it I just wanted to post a free selling advertisment for my car as private seller but I have no idea How I were catgarised as a paid service user.
And it happened twice because I dont know much about online selling at eBay.
For the first when I were being charged I by chance got through to customers service optin and an agent called me and when I explained my fee were waived but I didnt knew when I posted in free category again trying to sell my car I were being charged again amd then I tried reaching through online bot chat option and that time I were direxted directed ti am agent who checked every thing and told me that he has forwarded my case to the relevant section and in good guesture they will waive the fee and I will be notified.
But till this moment no one has contacted me instead I am receivng emails from some recovery company fpr an amount which I never subscribed or meant to use the service.
Its so frustrating and annoying when I do bot find any direct number to any one who might be able to solve this issue.
Thanks

There are non refundable listing fees for cars. You were lucky to get one courtesy credit from ebay, you won't get another.
It's up to members to acquaint themselves with Ebay's fee structure, if fees are due you need to pay them.

But I told you I were not aware it will be charged otherwise I never post any add again
This is ridiculous if someone new or not expert to use this service amd by mistake he get into this trap eBay should realose it and correct it. But this eBay serivce is really poor and pethatic 😡

It is never free to sell vehicles on ebay, it pays to make sure you read the T&Cs and exclusions. It's not Ebay's fault that you didn't do that.

Then no way i will pay anything. Its total fraud

Then the debt collectors will keep contacting you.
It's not fraud, it's user error.

Then court will decide

Right above the button called 'List with displayed fees' you click on to send your listing live, the listing fee is displayed.
It's not hidden.
If I set up a listing for a car this is what it shows:
