Why does ebay make it almost impossible to talk to Customer Services? 

 I have a problem which can only be resolved by talking to a real person but I've spent more than an hour going around in circles trying to reach somebody in Customer Services.  Such a frustrating waste of time!

Well you could explain it here, that is what we are for, to make up for the lack of paid help. 

You may be right that it is something only ebay can help with, but we see and answer all sorts of questions.

If you really need to,  prefer to,  talk to eBay Customer Services,  then  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Many thanks tressygirl, that's what I was looking for.  Now I'm waiting for them to call me.

It would be so much easier if they could put a clear link to that on the website instead of sending us around in circles.   I realise that they need to discourage people from calling them except as a very last resort, but it really does seem impossible to find out how to contact a real person at Customer Services.

Not clear at all,   but the ? mark,  bottom right of this page, and on every eBay listing,  does bring you to Help & Contact and Customer Services.

I agree,  not exactly a clear sign where to find CS ! 🤔
