Why do I have to pay if seller chose more expensive postal service?

Hello. I was going to send the package with a standard ebay label for £6, but the seller somehow changed the postal service type and now its £14 but I'M the one paying the difference!!! What is this???

If you were going to send the package with a standard eBay label then surely you're the seller?
