Why can’t customise delivery?

I usually chose which post method to post items to customers during the listing process. Today whilst I’m listing an item I don’t get given the option to customise postage. Is there any way I can restore the options to enable me to customise the delivery of my item please?

Are you using the App? This seems to be a recent issue where sellers can only use Simple Delivery..
Will this be fixed?

Hi @louise0769 ,
Thank you for your post. Simple Delivery will eventually become mandatory for private sellers but for now you should still have the option to choose your own postage. There is a open ticket with tech for this issue so I will add your account to it while they are working on it.
In the meantime here are ways other users have worked around it
- click collection only then click back to postage only and the custom options appear
- switch to advanced options at the bottom of the postage section and click on the pop up
