Once again I am being messed about by Evri, failed delivery after failed delivery. When I try to speak to an agent to complain I get told that agents are unavailable! If eBay are going to ram the UKs worst courier down our throats surely they should make more agents available to deal with the inevitable complaints? Does anyone know how to speak to a human?

You don't have to use Evri.
In over 20 years of selling on Ebay, I have never sent anything with Evri.
Without wanting to be in any way contentious, I don't understand why you want to speak to Ebay Customer Service agents about a delivery company.
To speak to an agent, you need to go to eBay Customer Service
Then you need to keep typing in 'speak to an agent'.
