Why can’t I sell baby mat activity gym?

I am trying to list a baby mat activity gym (floor mat) and eBay won’t let me list and says  to read URLO. Don’t know what this is or where to find information

Why can’t I sell baby mat activity gym?

There have been some recent rules brought in for selling baby items Brought in this past October.

You have to be registered as a business seller in the UK to sell baby toys for babeis under the age of 36 months.

The items to be Brand New,  never used, still in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Thanks. However I have sold a few baby items in the last month with no restrictions.

I am not a business

Then, you have slipped the net on those.

There are over 7 billion listings on eBay at  any one time so impossible to check each and every one,  and some slip the net and become listed,  but from October 31st.  only UK registered businesses can sell baby items,  for babies,  under 36 months of age.

Yours has been spotted you cannot sell this item on eBay.

The restrictions apply to toys for babies under 3, not other baby items.

The chair was probably not picked up because it was described as a chair, rather than a toy.

However, as advised, toys for very young children can now only be sold by business sellers.  You may be able to sell your activity mat somewhere else.
