Fault with Item

Good Morning. Some advise. Please.

I had purchased a head light reading collar brand new of Jan 2024 and has now become faulty. The light is not charging correctly & I have already asked the question to the seller on the light less than a year old,  but getting no response. Where do I go with this? The item is not even a year old & is an electrical item. Thanks for any advise in advance.

There is nothing you can do on ebay as you have 30 days from the day of receipt to open a dispute.

If they are a business in the UK then you may have rights under UK law. You could contact Citizens advice to see what they say.

Ebay has nothing to do with any warranty that is between yourself and the seller.

No luck then try  your card provider

As advised, you are far too late to do anything through Ebay.

If you bought from a UK business seller, you could try ringing them or writing to them - letter, not email - outlining your complaint.
