A glitch, or just as it's eBay's Maintenance Day, when systemare bein installed and tweaked, many things go awry, and are not possible from time to time.
It may just be case of trying a little later even tomorrow. There are 60 days in which to leave feedback, probably to cover such eventualities. 🙂
