Who is responsible for postage, now?

I was always told, pre-'simple-delivery' that POSTAGE was the sellers responsibility. Because WE, bought it. is that, flipped on it's head, now. As THEY chose it and THEY, BOUGHT it?? Will THEY, have to run about trying to get through to Evri, now. or as per usual. Will THAT, be OUR responsibility, as well??

Re: Who is responsible for postage, now?

If you mean when the item is lost/damaged, with Simple Delivery the seller is covered from the point the item is scanned into the carrier's delivery network and until it's marked as delivered.   That means ebay will pay a refund, not you, when the buyer opens a claim.

Re: Who is responsible for postage, now?

yes, when it doesn't turn up or something ELSE, caused by EVRI. Good call, i'm happy about that. Will accept as a solution. I really wanted to know. Who is responsible for chasing it, if it turns up 'missing.'
