Which postal service can i use that provides age verification?

I have sold a hedge trimmer that needs age verification but there are not postal services available when I go to print a postage label. Does anyone know what I can do?

To verify your age on Bay all you have to do is pay through eBay's checkout by credit card. (This proves your age as buyers have to be aged 18 or over to qualify for a credit card.)

This is the only age verification eBay will accept. I imagine they don't want the hassle of checking documentary evidence of age.
