When will I get postage refunded for an unused shipping label and how do i track status of request?

I recently had my first sale and during the shipping process, I got confused. I ended up purchasing 3 shipping labels and of course I only used one. I requested a refund on the two unscanned and unused ones. I have not heard anything back and can not find the place to track these requests. Can anyone point me in the right direction? How long does it take to get your money back?

If you paid for the postage through Simple Delivery, it has to be done within 14 days,  then there can be a 30 day wait to be refunded.
