When will I be paid?

 i was meant to be paid for this order by the 3rd of Jan but still haven't. The item has successfully arrived and I've gotten positive feedback. How much longer do j have to wait for payment?

We can't answer that question.  Payment timescales are affected by a number of variables, including a recent glitch.

Yes I know all I was asking for was some clue as to what happened. It's the first time I'm facing it so just needed advice that's all
