Hi I listed an item as collection only. The buyer wants me to post. How do I send an invoice to include postage. Thank you

Explain to your buyer the best way forward with their permission is to cancel the order,  this refunds the buyer, and relist with  a postage option for them to buy and pay again.

Cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to Cancel as this doesn't affect your seller performance.

Relist the item with that postage option.
