When I view my images in the 'Gallery' they are no bigger than the images on the sidebar.

I  don't appear to be able to see my images anymore at a large detailed size , having been previously able to. 

I have not changed my phone, nor settings, however my pictures are all now appearing as below.  Also if you use the magnifying lens it is poor quality too. 

I have experimented with making setting my phone camera to 50megapixels and 1:1 ratio etc with no difference.

The first 3 pics of your toy vehicles, ( I didn't look at more)  are all magnifying for me.

Interesting? Did you go to my live listing? I have looked at my live listings on a chromebook and laptop and on both they have a huge grey border. 

I opened some unsold items from January and opened the listing,  and the images all appeared big (even for me). ? 

So I am unsure why my recently listed items have the problem (at least for me).

Ive tried a couple of tests... When I photographed another toy with my camera and uploaded the images to ebay and created a listing as a test, the images in the listing were full size images. 

When i use my phone to take the pictures I cannot see the full-sized images in my listing  but it seems you can. The strange thing is that this didn't used to happen..

I made a listing in Jan using my phone, and the image properties are the same as my current listing's, yet the pictures are small.

Best make sure all your devices are upto date. 

If using an android device try a browser instead of the app.

Also worth trying a different browser for ebay as you can use more than one on the site, and always keep browsers upto date also.

Thanks... I just looked at this. I did some updates on both phone and chromebook. 

Did a test listing. No difference. When you click the popout window (those two opposing arrows in the photo window) , the main image is still the same size as the multi image gallery.
