No contact details can be exchanged before an item has been purchased.
To try and do so , at best the message would be blocked, at worst your account could receive selling restrictions / sanctions.
You can send the buyer a polite message to explain this, that all messages have to go through eBay's messaging system.

I would be very wary of this buyer, because that gives all the signs of wanting an off ebay deal.
If item sold is expensive, do everything in accordance with ebay procedures.
I see not expensive, but always be aware when a buyer asks for something not allowed.
