You are not alone, there are several reports of this coming through, but unfortunately no one is saying which device or browser they are using .
It may just be a temporary app issue, so if using that, or a mobile browser, switch if you can for the time being, to a PC / laptop , and use Chrome or Firefox they work best, try from there.
If that doesn't work, then it's the same ol' story..... ' please try again later'.
