What do I do when a seller is not responding to my cancellation request?

I have a seller who hasn't sent an item and has not responded to any messages regarding the order's status, so I have cancelled the sale. 

 

Now they are not responding to my cancellation request. Ebay said they would respond in 3 days but it has been 5 days, and it is stuck in limbo - there does not seem to be a way to advance the issue with eBay customer service.. 

 

Any help greatly received..

Wait for the estimated delivery date on the listing to pass then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

You should be aware, that only sellers can cancel a sale, buyers can only ask.
