What causes MC011 ?

My ebay account suffered from MC011 these days and my payout was hold . 

Does anyone know what are the causes that lead to MC011 ?

But my return rate is very low , Negative feedbacks are also very low rate ,  And Maybe i sold some high ticket items

Your return rate may be low, but looking at your feedback you have an abnormal high rate for cancellations.

Are you selling items when you do not have them in stock?

eBay do not like disappointing their buyers,  they tend not to come back to the site and buy again.

8 negatives for the number of items you have sold is too high and would definitely have brough you below the Selling Standard eBay require.

Also selling digitally delivered, non-tangible items. A feedback score of 96.9% is also not considered a low rate of negatives on ebay. Anything below 98% on ebay would be viewed as not great.
