What are restrictions if i do not upgrade to Business account?

I have been TOLD!! by ebay that I have to upgrade my account to a business account. And i if do not i could have restrictions on selling. Does anyone know what these restrictions are?

If you had the email advising you to upgrade to a business account by 4th Sept you should have a link showing how to change your account and explain restrictions.

Sept 4: Payouts frozen
Sept 4 + 30 days: Listing restrictions (no new listings)
Sept 4 + 60 days: Listings removed
Sept 4 + 90 days: Account removed

Ebay can ban you permanently. 

You won't be able to open another account either.

If you are selling lots of multiples of new items, you are a business.
