Hello all - I'd like to warn you about a buyer who has received an item from me and not paid me. I refunded the item because she advised me it had not been received which I think was untrue. She then advised me that the item 'had arrived' and she has still not paid me. I would like to raise awareness of this person to ensure no one else falls for her deceit. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. Thank you. A

Have you asked the buyer to pay you and given them a way of doing so?
The buyer can't repay you through Ebay. If you both have Paypal, you can send them a Paypal payment request or you can provide details of your bank account so they can do a bank transfer.
The forum does not allow you to name other members so a moderator will probably remover your buyer's name from your post.

You are not allowed to name and shame ebayers.
Ebay allow buyers to open item not received case 1 day after estimated date.
If you can't prove delivery you have to refund.
Buyer can repay you, but not through ebay.
