Waiting time

Has anyone else been waiting for items for more than 2 weeks, some sellers arnt even replying to purchases iv made and now asked for a refund, coming on 3 weeks with either little reply or none at all, this is a joke from ebay after attempting to ask for my money back, money back guarantee is absolute rubbish

You will not get a refund through eBay's MBG Money Back Guarantee by just messaging the seller.

Act quickly now if it's coming up to 3 weeks, proceed this way....

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
