WHY HAS EBAY MARKED SOME OF MY ITEMS AS DISPATCHED AND LABEL CREATED WHEN I HAVEN'T DONE EITHER?

Woke up this morning to discover that "overdue items waiting for dispatch" ( I am unable to locate them), have had the status changed to "label created" and "dispatched" neither of which have I done, knowingly  . . . Is this a problem that anyone else has experienced? Is it something to do with this "Simple Delivery" which has suddenly appeared and seems  to me to be a new feature? Have I been hacked? Is it a problem that ebay is aware of? As you can imagine I am not happy about this situation meaning another thing to sort out whilst I could be using my this time trying to locate the items . . . 

Appreciate you reading this regardless of whether you are able to advise or not but grateful for any information on this "error".

It would be useful to know which items this applies to as not all of your recent sales had Simple Delivery as the postage to be used.

When you have Simple Delivery on a listing, if you access the label/QR code, for example, to check the buyer's address, the tracking from that label is added to your sale and the item is automatically marked as sent.

I spoke to an agent on ebay - he gave me a work around - cancel the label.  =0/

I was just offering up a suggestion whether it "could" have something to do with this new "Simple Delivery" which I hadn't come across before because I didn't know that there was a bulk label creation for all my items. Waiting for dispatch including items that were overdue (due to being 'missing').

Now that I mention "bulk label creation" I did use that function for 3 items that wee all going to the same buyer. 

I am certainly confused by how my actions caused this problem.  I should read up on bulk label creation.
