Hi, how do I send a video to a seller for they to see the damage item?

No need to send video.

Just open item not as described case, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

I did that, but it was the way the seller was expressing that sadly, makes me be a bit untrustworthy and I need to send a proof of the malfunction of the item.

Isn’t a way to send a video to seller or an Ebay help staff?

Ebay do not require proof.

Seller may want video to decide if it is worth paying for returns label or just refund without return.

Politely tell them you are unable to send video.

4 days after opening case, escalate (ask ebay to step in), they will sort label or refund.
