Hi just bought a Item on eBay listed as seller is in the UK ,But my payment has been split with a Vat charge as part of the payment. When I click on it say Vat is payable on items outside of UK ? What's going on ? Seller has 3 separate items for sale but no feed back But all are listed as from Stourbridge UK It's quite an expensive item ,could it be a scam eBay have not picked up on ?
