Hi

My ebay payments are on hold until I can provide valid id, but the only photo id I have is my passport which is expired and I don't drive, I don't know what to do

There have been posts about this issue previously - maybe have a look through old posts to see what other people did.

It seems that a recent 'official' bill (bank statement, utilities bill, letter from HMRC etc.) coupled with your birth certificate might work.

If you are unable to provide photo id from National Photo ID card, UK Passport or UK Driver’s License then your birth certificate along with a proof of address can be uploaded instead.
