VAT why ? we don’t make profit at all

VAT + DELIVERY+ BUYER PROTECTION

WHEN CHECK MY ITEM I END WITH NOTHING.

I am a private seller, not selling for profit, I'm not vat registered. I'm selling from the UK to the UK. Why is eBay adding 20%

I DON’T HAVE BUSSINES JUST PRIVATE SELLER .

You are not charged VAT.

Buyers pay a protection fee to ebay, this includes VAT, so it is buyers who pay it.

Just ask to Ebay and they say they charge VAT for item sold outside Uk but all the items I sold has been sent here to UK ..why charge the buyer VAT for second hand clothes.  No wonder why is hard to sell in here.

You're getting mixed up between import VAT, which is charged to buyers who purchase an item from an international seller, and domestic VAT.
