VAT Why?

Morning and Happy Easter..can anyone tell me why I've suddenly been charged vat on a top sold in England buyer from Scotland. I don't pay tax as such as I'm retired. Thanks..

It shows the postage without VAT then if you add the VAT to the postage charge you get the full postage £2.94
