Used a different delivery than the one on ebay

Used a different delivery method than the QR code I was given.  The buyer has received item. He says he can't mark as delivered until I enter tracking. I did enter tracking with Royal mail. I cant get paid till its marked as delivered what can I do?

You have to add the tracking number to your ebay account via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.

Go back to the dropdown arrow for the item.
